QUALITIES EULOGISED AMERICAN AMBASSADOR [from our own correspondent] LONDON, Juno 25 A very charming tribute to Queen Elizabeth was paid by the American Ambassador, Mr. Joseph P. Kennedy, who has just crossed to New York in the Queen Mary. "Queen Elizabeth is one of the most brilliant women I ever met in my life," he said. "In my opinion she will need only a little more time to demonstrate it." He also spoke warmly of King George, who "has taken over a job he never expected to take and certainly deserves the respect of everybody."
