Saying that Canada could easily carry a population of from 60,000,000 to 70,000,000, Australia one of from to 30,000,000, and New Zealand nine times its present population of 1,573,000, Mr. Maclnnes said the Dominions could not expect many peoplo to emigrate from tho British Jsles. In the meantime, added the speaker, the totalitarian States were straining cverv ncrvo to increase their populations and were turning greody eyes on tho empty spaces of the Empire.
