July 10 Apparently an innocent man, later identified as Woody Hockada.v, who tried to get a better view of President Hoosevelt as ho passed in an automobile at Oklahoma City was arrested. A crowd, misunderstanding his forward movement, started to attack him. Secret Service officers released Hockaday when, on being searched, it was discovered that he had no weapons, Hockaday said: "I am a wellwisher of the President."
