SITTING ARRANGEMENTS AWARDS STILL AWAITED [BT TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRF.SPOXDR'.sT] "WELLINGTON, Friday' The Second Court of Arbitration, will conclude its Wellington sitting/s on July 15, and will begin hearing disputes in Christchurch on July 20. The Court of Arbitration wiV'l conclude its Otago and Southland isittings on July 15 and will hear two Christchurch disputes before returning to Wellington, where it will co/aduct a brief sitting and will then mcive on to Auckland. /

A number of awards cohering disputes heard by the Second Court of Arbitration are being awaited. It is expected that the clerical workers' award will bo issued in n few days, but it is not yet known when the awards governing the grocery trade and chemists' assistants will be announced. These disputes were heard in the early part of May. The decision of the Court will be of interest to all sections of ,the community, the claims of the employees including a five-day week.
