CAREER PLANNED FOR YOUNG ACTRESS
On the strength of li?r performance in "Captain Calamity," Movita Castenada has been given a seven-year contract with Action Pictures. Movita first came to screen prominence as the native bride of Fronchot lone in "Mutiny on the Bounty," and shortly after slic was signed to the "Paradise Isle" lead. She will be used in several pictures each year, and will be gloomed as rapidly as possible for stardom. Among her first assignments will be the part of the Indian maid in "Land of the Sky Blue Waters." a film inspired by the well-known love songs of Charles Wakefield Cadman.
