MAN FINED £3
ASSAULT ADMITTED A charge of assaulting a man in Karangahapc Road on Tuesday was admitted by Robert Russell Frazer, aged 65, in the Police Court yesterday. SubInspector Flanagan said accused was seen by a constable to follow another man along the road and strike him. Asked why lie had acted as described, accused had stated he had heard some defamatory remarks made about his son. Accused was fined £3 and costs.
