One said that he would bo surprised if Bradman's income in Australia, in-;, eluding royalties on bats and other. - cricket material, was under £4O a week. It was possible that it might be '. increased as a result of the Englislx Y oiler. It was also pointed out that Bradman is unlikely to become associated,, with a bookmaking enterprise. For some months there hare been vague rumours in Australia that this is to be Bradman's last trip to Eng-' land as a test cricketer, as he intends to concentrate on business in Adelaide, where he is in the sliarebroking house of Mr. H. Hodgetts, jun. The rumours appear to have no foundation.
