YEAR'S DIVIDEND UNCHANGED Tho directors of tlio New Zealand Insurance Company, Limited, have decided to recommend to their shareholders at the annual meeting on August 2 the payment of a dividend of ]r a share for the half-year ended May :il, making a total disbursement for the year of 2s. The year's distribution is equal to 10 per cent and is unchanged. LARUT TIN'S YEAR PROFIT OF £115,424 MADE Tho net profit of Larut Tin Fields, Limited, Malaya, for last- year was £115,'124, against £59,71(3 in ID.'iG. Dividends and bonuses, aggregating 2s sterling a share were paid, requiring £60,000, while £"25,000 was transferred to general reserve and carried forward, compared with £.'19.456 brought in.
