MEMBERS' PROGRAMME A programme of "own selection" was presented by the combined circles of the Society of Alusicians at their meeting on Friday evening. Pianoforte solos, a quartet and duo, alternating with vocal numbers, were given by a number of members. The players were Aliss Louise Sexton, Aliss Dorothy Aloir, Aliss Jo. Easton. Aliss Irene Watts, Aliss Jessie Dix, Aliss Connie Alartin, Miss Olive Ball, Aliss Phyllis Lindridgc, Aliss Zelda Pulliam, Aliss Alary Jellie, Aliss Dorothy Franchi, Airs. Leach, Aliss Freda Crooke, Aliss Alay Alitchell, Aliss Aluriel Coad, Aliss Betty Campbell, Miss Patricia AlcLcod, Miss Lorna Schmidt, Aliss Thelnia Moore, Aliss Edna Smith, Aliss B. Pel Imm, Aliss Alary Murphy, Aliss Zelma Wade. A lecture dealing with the Elizabethan period in music was given by Airs. Alvrtle Poole. The guest of honour, Al rs. Winifred Hayes, played violin solos, her accompanist being Miss Amy Hansard, who presided over the nieeting.
