EXPLOSION IN STOVE
WOMAN SEVERELY BURNED [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] DAUGAVILLE, Thursday Severe burns and injuries to the right hand and arm were received by Miss Olive Bell, of Ruawai, as a result of aii explosion when she accidentally threw some blasting powder into a lighted stove. Miss 801 l was engaged in cleaning out tho house and was emptying dust from some boxes, in one of which, unknown to her, was a small quantity of blasting powder. The condition' of the victim is reported to be satisfactory.
