The Act abolishes the draf* allowance 011 wool. Similar legislation is being brought into operation bv the various States in Australia on July 1 and also, it is understood, in South Africa. The draft allowance is a deduction which buyers have always made of 111b for every hundredweight bought, or approximately 3Jib, a bale.;
