j TWENTY-FIVE TO AUSTRALIA* BRADMAN SECURES EIGHT Twenty-five centuries have been scored by Australian players during the present tour, eight of which have been secured by D. G. Bradman. the captain of the side. A. L. Hassett and J. H. Fingleton have each scored four centuries and C. L. Badcock three. Bradman easily leads the Australian batting averages to date with 146.80 for 10 completed innings. A. L. Hassett is next with 76.58 for 12 completed innings. Other batsmen with averages of over 50 are C. L. Badcock, J. H. Fingleton, W. A. Brown and S. J. McCabe. L. O'B. Fleetwood-Smith has taken the most wickets and also has the best average with 54 wickets at an average of 14.18. O'Reilly has taken 49 wicketa and Ward 46.
