WHEAT FOR ITALY
OFFER MADE BY RUSSIA LONDON, June 10 Russia has offered Italy wheat at an unusually low price provided the newspapers give publicity to the arrival of cargoes, and show Italians that Russia is able to export grain, states the Rome correspondent of the Daily Telegraph.
