FENCING
THREE-WEAPON TOURNAMENT A three-weapon fencing tournament between the Navy and Auckland Swords Clubs, which engaged in a return contest to the ctsa'lenge recently issued by the latter, was conflicted in the hall of the Missions to Seamen. The standard of the Auckland team has improved and the results of the pools finished:—toil.JS'avy, 12, Auckland, 4. Epee: Auckland, 3, Navy, 1; Sabre: Copibats equal. Features of the tournament were the engagements between the two leading epeciste of each team.
