Trade Film Shown
One of the most entertaining trade films ever shown in Auckland was screened before a large and interested crowd at the Tivoli Theatre this week, the audience being the guests of Motor Specialties, JUmited. The film, "The Drama of Motordom," was produced by Thompson Products, of Cleveland, Ohio, and a running commentary was provided by the famous American way driver of past years, Pete de Paolo, Indianapolis winner and holder of many records.
Time was fairly evenly divided between thrilling episodes of road, track and air, and modern motor service methods. Both sections of the film were of unusual interest, and the technical portion impressed members of the trade, who were in the majority.
