SENTENCE DEFERRED
CHARGE AGAINST MINER % A miner, Robert Million, aged 38 (Mr! Allan Moody), appeared for sentence on a charge of bigamy, before Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yesterday. > Mr. Moody said that at first sight accused's offence seemed cold-blooded. Jn 19:56, however, lie had been badly injured and whereas up to that time he had seemed' to bo a normal type of citizen, his character since appeared to have undergone a change. His Honor said he was not prepared to pass sentence that day as he wished to give the pase further, consideration.
