DEATH FROM INJURIES
WOMAN CAR PASSENGER PALMERSTON NORTH COLLISION [by telegraph —press association] PALMERSTON NORTH, Thursday The death occurred in the Palmerston North Hospital this afternoon of Miss Hyde, who was one of the five people injured on Wednesday night when a train struck a car at a crossing in the city. The other throe tfonien, Mrs. "Taylor, Mrs. Curnow and Miss Fraser, 6how a slight improvement, although their condition is still serious. Mr. It. Taylor, the driver of the car, is suffering mainly from shock.
