PROFESSOR UPHELD
EMPIRE'S FOREIGN POLICY At the monthly meeting of the Otahuhu branch of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants the following resolution was carried unanimously : "That-this meeting wishes to place on record its appreciation of the honest expresMofa,. of, opinion, with regard to Britain's foreign policy, made by Professor W. A. Sewell on his recent return from England. In the light of our previous experience of Professor Sewell's interest in political and economic matters, we consider that lie is eminently capable of judging the issues in question, and we admire his outspokenness in expressing his views on matters likely, in the near future, to affect us as citizens of a section of the British Commonwealth of Nations."
