WORK FOR 30 MEN
[by telegraph—OWN correspondent] • THAMES. Thursday A Government offer of 30 men free of cost, except for tools and super; vision, was accepted by the Hauraki County Council at its meeting yesterday. The men, who will be transferred from Auckland, will bo employed in widening bends on the WaitakaruruMorrinsville road.
