INVITATION TOURNAMENT The opening game of the invitation billiards handicap tournament was played in the Vulcan billiards room last evening, when C. Spencer defeated C. Wood in a game of 500, up by 55 points. Spencer's chief breaks were 50, 38, 35, 32 and Wood's, 32, 30. 28, 25. ' :•? • :?■ • V The next-match'-will take place on Saturday evening at 7.15 between H. Smith and H. Rae.
