Ho traced some of the history of Holland, both legendary and actual', and described the rise of prosperity in tho picturesque city of Amsterdam. Mr. Bleekrodo said that as Holland was too small to go out into tho world to fight for now territory, and as it had a denso and steadily increasing population, it had been found necessary some years ago to dry up extensive portions of tho famous Zyder Zee. On those reclamations small villages had now arisen.
