NEW ZEALANDER BEATEN MELBOURNE, Juno 6 In tlio British Empire amateur billiards championship A. Albertson (New Zealand) suffered a severe defeat from M. M. Begg (India), tho scores being 1523 to 845. Bogg scored at will. Albertson, although occasionally he played well, missed many easy shots, and made only nine breaks of over 25, tl.io best, being 43.
