MATAMATA CLUB'S SEASON [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] MATAMATA. Monday There was a good attendance at the annual meeting of the Matamata Croquet Club. Tho report stated that the past year was satisfactory. The club's representatives had won the Waikato Gold S'tars and had also been successful in tournament play. The following officers were elected:—Patrons, Mesdames J. Buchanan, W. Euan; president, Mrs. R. Woodroofe; vice-presidents, Mesdames McKerrow. W. A. Gordon; secretary. Mrs. J. White; treasurer, Mrs. Loveridge; committee, Mesdames Bennett, E. Brunton, C. Schioler, J. Lansdowne. Griffen; match committee, Mesdames H. Buckley (secretary), McKerrow, J. White; green supertendent, Mr. Managh; delegates to South Auckland Association. Mesdames McKerrow, Oatcs-, umpires, Mesdames McKerrow. Oatos and Mr. Managh.
