ARREST AT NEWMARKET
YOUNG MAN IN CUBTODY Charged with being a rogue and vagabond, in that he was found at Newmarket without lawful excuse early yesterday morning in possession of housebreaking implements, a torch, a pair of gloves and a pair of pincers, Donald. James Jones, aged 20, appeared before Messrs. J. Paterson and A. L. Geo, J.P.'s, in the Police Court yesterday. On the application of Detective" Sergeant McHugh the accused was remanded until June 13. He did not apply for bail.
