FIXTURE AT TOKIO BRITAIN MAY WITHDRAW AGGRESSION DISAPPROVED (Received May 29, 6.45 p.m.) LONDON, May 20 The Observer snys Britain is not likely, to compete at the Tokio Olympiad owing to disapproval of Japanese aggression in China and the tendency of some countries to usq Olympiads to secure international prestige. This decision will probably involve the end of Olympiads, which Empire Games will replace. Britain also will increase athletic matches against Eng-lish-speaking teams. A message from Zurich says the Olympic Games Committee recommends the Swiss sports associations not to participate in the Tokio Olympiad if Japan is still at war a year before the opening of the games.
