THAMES GIRLS' CLUB
The third of the scries of dances to be held by the lhames Girls' Club took place in «the Druid's Hall, Newton, this week. The president, Mrs. H. Stubbing, and the vice-president, Mrs. Bowyer, received the guests. The committee members were:—Mrs. Wright, Mrs. Davison, Mrs. McPherson, Mrs. Nieholls, Mrs. Andrews, Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Williams, Mrs. Snowling, Mrs. Thorburn, Mrs. Wheeler, Miss K. Rowlings and Miss A. Farrel. Card winners were Mrs. Parks, Mrs. Preston, Mr. Warren and Mr. Culpitt.
