In the service of the Gisborne Sheepfarmer<»' Frozen Meat and Mercantile C onii.anv the motor-vessel Margaret W. arrived shortly before nine o'clock on Saturday night and berthed at King's Wharf. She is expected to sail on her return to-morrow night. Loading of the Union Company's steamer Waipiata was delayed last week owing to bad weather. In order to maintain her timetable it was decided to despatch her on Saturday evening for Wellington and main southern ports. As a result, a quantity of Wellington and Lyttelton cargo, including fruit, was short-shipped. The company advises that the short-shipments will be forwarded by the Karepo, which sails at 5 p.m. to-night for Wellington and We«tport.

The Union Company's steamer Wainularrived from southern ports late on Saturday night and berthed at Central Wharf. The Anchor Line motor-vessel. Alexander, due at Onehunga this morning. is scheduled to leave for Nelson this evening on her return voyage. The Richardson Line motor-ship Awahou it due to-morrow for discharge only and is set down to return to Napier, via Portland, the same night. The Union Company's steamer Waimarino, loading for main southern ports, was transferred 011 Saturday afternoon from King s Wharf to Prince's Wharf. The Northern Company's steamer Clansman which has been receiving overhaul, will go off the slip on Wednesday and resume her run to northern portß next week. The Union Company's steamer Kaimiro, which has been paid off following a dispute with the crew, was moved on Saturday morning from Queen's Wharf to Princes Wharf. From Napier and East Coast ports, (he Richardson Line motor-ship Pukeko is expected to arrive this morning and berth at King's Wharf. She is scheduled to sail tomorrow evening on her return voyage.

THE MELBOURNE MARU Advice has been received in Auckland that the Osaka Syosen Kaisya motor-ship Melbourne Maru left Kobe last Wednesday and is due here on June 5. LLANGOLLEN LATER Wireless advice from the British steamer Llangollen, bound for Auckland with.a cargo of suprar from Java, states that the vessel will now arrive here on Friday afternoon. RANGITANE'S ADVICE Wireless advice from the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Rangltane, which .sailed on May 11 from Wellington for London, via Panama, reported unfavourable weather, but that all were well. THE PORT CISBORNE The Port Line motor-ship Port Gisborne, at Queen's Wharf, will sail at 11 a.m. today for Wellington, whence she is expected to leave at the end of the week for London, via Cape Horn and Las Palmas. NANIWA MARU SAILS TO-DAY The Yamashita Kisen Kaisha steamer Naniwa Maru, at Central Wharf, is set down to sail at five o'clock this afternoon for Wellington and should leave Lyttclton for Yokohama on Saturday. WEIRBANK'S DISCHARGE After a voyage of 30 days from Ocean Island, the Bank Line motor-ship Weirbank, with 8500 tons of phosphate, arrived shortly before five o'clock fast night and berthed at Western Wharf to refuel. She will transfer to King's Wharf early this morning and begin discharge. WANGANELLA DUE TO-MORROW With 188 passengers for Auckland, the Huddart-Parker motor - liner Wanganella cleared Sydney at 10,30 p.m. on Friday for Auckland, where she is expected on Tuesday morning. She is scheduled to sail on her return voyage to Sydney at 3 p.m. on Thursday, taking with her about 270 passengers.
