KING LEAVES FOR LIBYA LARGE NAVAL ESCORT ROME, May 21 King Victor Emmanuel, on board the Royal yacht Savoia, and escorted by 12 warships, left to-day for Libya. He
will attend 11 days' manoeuvres in which four divisions are to take part, says a message from Syracuse.
