MORE PETTY THEFTS
There has been a recurrence of petty thieving in Auckland. An intruder broke into tho Epsom Public Library on Friday and stole 10s from a cashbox in the office, and £1 5s was taken from an unlocked safe in tho office of Grace Brothers, Limited, in Khyber Pass Road. In each instance the thief had little difficulty in gaining entrance to the premises. Tho window catch of the department of the Epsom Library was forced and the glass panel of tho oflice door broken. The person who broke into the shop in Khyber Pass took the simple course of clambering through tho fanlight above the front door.
