RAILWAY FATALITY
INQUEST ON VICTIM [from ouu own con respondent] MERCER, Saturday An inquest into the death of James Philip Milne, a truck driver, aged 28, of .'3l Speight Road, Kohimarama, whose body was found near the railway line at Whangamarino near Mercer yesterday morning, .was opened before the district coroner, Mr. C. K. Lawric, today. Albert Ambrose Rogers, of Kohimarama, said he had last seen his brother-in-law on the Wellington express at the Auckland railway station on Thursday, May 19, at about 7 p.m. before leaving for Napier. He appeared to be in his normal state ot' health. The inquest was adjourned siue die.
