Mr. W. Goodfellow returned from Wellington by train oil Saturday. Mr. A. G, Osborne, M.P., returned from Tauinarunui by train on Saturday. Mr. K. McLeay, of Napier, is on a visit to Auckland. He is at the Hotel Corgen. Mr. 11. J. Kelliher and Mrs. Ivelliher returned by train from Wellington on Saturday. The Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates arrived in Auckland by motor-car last evening from Matakoho. 'The Hon. T. Tiloodworth. M.L.C., returned from Wellington by the limited express of Saturday. The Hon. H. G. R. Mason. AttorneyGeneral and Minister of Justice, arrived by the limited express on Saturday from Wellington. M. Andre Pouquet, French Consul in New Zealand, will leave- Auckland to-morrow to establish the consulate at Wellington in place of Auckland. Rear-Admiral the Hon. E. R. Drummond, commodore commanding tho New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy, returned from Wellington on Saturday by the limited express. Dr. S. K. Phillips returned on Saturday by the limited express from Wellington, where he has been attending a meeting of the Music Teachers' Registration Board and a Dominion conference of music teachers.
