Drummond, commodore commanding tho New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy, returned from Wellington on Saturday by the limited express. Dr. S. K. Phillips returned on Saturday by the limited express from Wellington, where he has been attending a meeting of the Music Teachers' Registration Board and a Dominion conference of music teachers.
