OPOTIKI POST OFFICE
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS [by trt.ecraph—OWN correspondent] OPOTIKI, Tuesday According to advice received from the Postmaster-General, tho Hon. F. Jones, alterations and additions are to be made to the post office building at Opotiki. The proposals include the addition of a telephone exchange and operating room and the conversion of the present telephone room to a cloak room. A mail landing will also be provided. It is understood that the work will.be put in hand at an early date.
