THAMES COAST AREA [n\* TF.LEGBAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT] THAMES, Thursday The canvass of tlio Thames const area for the installation of electricity is expected to be completed this week. If the. guarantees do mot come up to the amount the Thames Valley Power Board requires, the Chamber of Commerce and tho Thames business men will guarantee the balance. The board lias decided that directly the guarantees are settled authority for the line will be given, although owing to the work in hand it will be at least six months before a start can be made.
