SCHOOL JUBILEE
tOARGAVILLE POSTPONEMENT [BT TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] DARGAVTLLE, Monday Originally sot down for May, the jubilee celebrations of the Dargaville School will not take place until some time in October, according to a decision reached at a meeting of the Dargaville School diamond jubilee committee. This decision was made on account of the Minister of Education, the Hon. P Fraser, being unable to select a date for attending the official opening of the new High School. It was also felt that May was too early, and that the delay until October would enable the rolls committee to get in touch with more former pupils, and therefore ensure the success of the ceremony.
