NO REDUCTION BY CANADA OTTAWA, April '2U Speaking in the House of Commons to-day, Mr. Charles A. Dunning. Minister of Finance, stated that Canada would never break her pledged word by reducing > bond interest. An Opposition proposal for a compulsory cut in the Canadian National Railway debenture interest was rejected.
