PICCADILLY CIRCUS SCENE ■ (Received April 25, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 24 Pandemonium occurred in Piccadilly Circus before midnight when Fascists swooped ' down ' and shouted slogans. Police reinforcements were rushed to the scene. Tho Fascists dispersed, leaving tho area littered with leaflets.
