PRESENTATION
Appreciation of the services Mr. A. White, of Waiuku, has rendered as president of the Franklin Sub-Provin-cial Conference of tlie Farmers' Union over the last four years was expressed at a meeting of the conference at Pukekohe. On behalf of the members, Mr. C. A. Moore,, vice-presi-dent. presented Mr. White with a case of pipes for himself and a handsome jardiniere for Mrs. White.
