General, Viscount Galwav, has been informed by the Private Secretary to the King that His Majesty will send messages of congratulation to couples celebrating the 65th and/or 70th anniversary of their marriage even if they have had a previous message on the occasion of their diamond wedding. His Majesty will also send £ second message to centenarians on the attain- 1 ment of their ,105 th birthday. •
