AIR RAID PRECAUTIONS
NEW BRITISH BOOKLET ADVICE TO HOUSEHOLDERS LONDON, April 11 Rlectric light bills now being sent out are accompanied by yellow air raid precaution booklets. The booklet describes the sequence of air raid alarms, the types of bombs likely to be used in the district, types of gases, how to avoid becoming a casualty, and how to prepare a "refuge room." Householders are invited to inspect a model refuge room. The Daily Telegraph, in a leading article, urges private citizens and local authorities alike to appreciate the urgency of the precautions.
