TWELFTH BIRTHDAY TO-DAIY HEIR TO BRITISH THRONE EDUCATION AND TRAINING The most important child in the British Empire, Princess Elizabeth, •will celebrate her 12th. birthday today. From the first, she has been taught, in a manner suited to her tender years, etiquette and deportment. Her self-possessed yet perfectly unepoilt and childish deportment when Ehe appears with her mother in public chows that the training of the little Princess, who may one day be Elizabeth II of England, is proceeding on the right lines for the happiness of herself and of the country over jvhich she may one day have to rule.
