DRASTIC NEW LAWS POLITICAL PARTIES BANNED (Received April 17, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. April Ifi Drastic laws have been promulgated for the protection of the State, says the Bucharest correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. These dissolve all political parties and prohibit the formation of new ones. A ban is placed on propaganda. aimed at a chango of Government. The redistribution of property, the formation of private political armies, the singing of political songs and the distribution of pamphlets and caricatures are also forbidden. Public servants and students are forbidden to participate in political demonstrations.
