NEW ZEALAND SURVEY ENCYCLOPAEDIA BRITANNICA [from OCR owx correspondent] LONDON. March 26 The premier events in Xew Zealand during the past year make a section m a world-wide survey of current political, economic and scientific developments to be published early next month by the authorities of the Encyclopaedia Britannica. It is felt that "owing to the quickening tempo of modern life this work, now in existence for 170 years, can only be kept up-to-date -bv means of a year hook, and in the first of these the section dealing with Xew Zealand has been prepared by Mr. H. V. Hodson. * Viscount Galwav, Governor-General, and the Prime Minister of New Zoflland, Mr. M. J. Savage, arc the subjects of short biographical sketches by Mr. IjH. Dawson. Auckland is dealt with in another section in connection with air service developments during the past year on the part of Pan American Airways and Imperial Airways. .
