CONTESTS IN GERMANY NEUSEL BEATS FOORD (Received April 17, 7.30 p.m.) BERLIN, April 10 In a 12-round boxing bout Neusel defeated Ben Foord, who wns disqualified in the eighth for an alleged low blow. Sehmeling defeated the American Steve Dudas on a technical knock-out in the fifth round of a contest regarded as a training bout for Schmeling's world title fight with Joe Louis. BOUT AT GLASGOW WORLD FLY-WEIGHT TITLE LONDON, April 15 Benny Lynch Is to fight Jack .Ttirich, American champion for the world fly-weight boxing title at Glasgow on June 1.
