FASCIST GIRLS ORDERS FOR A PARADE ROME, April 13 No short girls, none who wear spectacles, and no blondes will be permitted in the ranks of the uniformed girl Fascists who will participate in the march pasts during Herr Hitler's visit to Home in May, according to the instructions of Signer St a race, general secretary of the Fascist Party. He adds: '"All the girls must be tall, good looking and black-haired, the aim being to make the demonstration 'all Italian.' "
