E. Sandilands, prior to founding the BhNOM STUD, was manager of the famous Parorangi Stuil during the most successful years of its career. Although practically no showing has been undertaken of late, the flock was for years consistently represented in the showring and was considered one of the Dominion's show ring flocks, winning numerous prizes in both the male and female classes, while in Ram Lamb classes representatives of the flock held practically an unbeaten record, having been defeated on only one occasion. The BENONI ROMNEYS are bred in ENTIRELY NATURAL CONDITIONS on ground 1000 ft. above sea level, and arc low thick-set, exceptionally good-boned sheep, clad with a fleece of medium dense wool. BENONI ROMNEYS have an excellent reputation overseas, sheep having been shipped to South America, Falkland Islands and Australia, whilst in New Zealand buyers return annually for their supplies; in fact, •Ram Clients have been retained year by year for the past 20 years. This Dispersal Sale affords breeders an exceptional opportunity to obtain some of the best Romncy blood in the Dominion. The flock has been carefully culled, and all the ewes are mated with high-class Stud Rams. Catalogues are obtainable from the Auctioneers. Light Luncheon Provided.
