STRIKERS IN PARIS
IDLE NOW TOTAL 58,000 Times Cable LONDON, April 8 A strike of 5800 workers at the Hispano-Suiza works caused a standstill in the construction of Air Force bombing, scouting and reconnoitring aero engines, says the Paris correspondent of the Times.
The strikers in Paris now number 58,000. Trades unionists at the Gnome and Lerhone aero engine works have demanded th*e nationalisation of factories.
