SKATING
A special programme has been arranged at Skateways, Khyber Pass Road, for to-day, and a varied number of events will take place. The speed test, for the Winchester Cup will also be held. Beginners may learn under expert instruction at specs'al sessions. The rink is directed by Messrs. Phelps and Rae.
