Charged with being idle and disorderly, in that she had insufficient lawful means oif support, Joan Kathleen Allen, domestic, aged. 20. pleaded guilty when she appeared in the Police Court, before Mr. C. 11. Orr Walker, S.M., yesterday. Accused was_ sentenced to. two years' detention in the Borstal Institute.
