DISEASE AMONG CATTLE
SPREAD IN GERMANY Times Cable LONDON, April 7 Foot and mouth disease, which had previously seemed to be declining, has greatly increased in Prussia and Bavaria, says the Berlin correspondent of the Times. Last month 3669 parishes and 22.079 farms were affected.
