Charged with being a rogue and a - vagabond, in that he played a game of chance, crown and anchor, on Central Wharf, Leonard Augustus William Jieawey, labourer, appeared before Mr. hi the Police Court Hi 2>r Ho pleaded guilty. A fine of £5 was imposed.
